aphiii is an invite-only API gateway for accessing AI models through a compatible proxy.
the service is operated as a small project. it may change, degrade, pause, or go offline for maintenance.
access is provided by invitation only. accounts, API keys, or credits may be limited, suspended, or revoked if abuse is detected.
payments may be accepted through Stripe and through crypto payments on Telegram using TON.
credits are added to your account after payment confirmation. network delays, blockchain confirmations, or payment provider reviews may delay activation.
all payments are final. no refunds are granted.
if the service has an extended outage or a serious incident, aphiii may choose to offer a compensation or credit at its sole discretion. this is not guaranteed.
aphiii is provided on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of uptime, latency, model availability, or uninterrupted access.
the service is a proxy managed by one person. failures, upstream issues, maintenance, configuration changes, or rate limits can happen.
you may not use aphiii for illegal activity, spam, abusive automation, credential abuse, malware, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized scraping.
you are responsible for how your account and API keys are used.
keep your API keys private. your dashboard may let you reveal and copy your own keys again after creation.
if a key is leaked or abused, delete it and create a new one.
aphiii relies on upstream AI providers. their availability, behavior, model names, pricing, and policies may change without notice.
aphiii is not affiliated with Anthropic or other upstream providers unless explicitly stated.
aphiii may suspend or terminate access at any time for abuse, risk, non-payment, suspected illegal use, or operational reasons.
